"Time is money" is a way of life at Lightingandwiring247 and that's any order placed with us will be delivered to you on a next working day basis. So you can get your job done right on time.
All orders over £150+VAT and placed before 3pm from Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) automatically qualify for this service.
If your order is under £150+VAT, there is an additional delivery charge of £7.99+VAT for next working day delivery.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands. Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges depending on the items ordered.
We will contact you if additional payment is required.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day (Monday to Friday) for all orders placed before 3 pm. Should an item be out of stock, we will keep you informed of the anticipated dispatch time frame.
We use couriers for our deliveries which required a signature on delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier company will inform you on what steps required to receive the delivery.
Lightingandwiring247 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers in delivery and accepts no liability for costs incurred as a result of this.
We advise that all tradesman, such as electricians, are only booked once goods have been received and checked.
Bulky items or fragile items and any other special goods requiring special handling may incur an additional handling charge which we shall pass on to customer at cost.
All delivery times and prices indicated above are subject to change.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are based on working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day

At Lightingandwiring247 your satisfaction is our priority. We will try to make it as easy as possible for you to return unwanted or faulty goods.
At the end of the day unnecessary returns increase everybody's cost (including you, the buyer's). Please be diligent in ordering the right items in the first place to prevent having to return them.
Our pledge is to endeavour to make the returns process as painless and cost effective for both parties as possible.

Before returning anything to us, please obtain a Returns Number (RMA) and have the returned approved by us before you return any item. No item can be returned without first having their RMA approved.
Claims for short deliveries (missing products), incomplete or damaged items must be made, in writing via email within 72 hours of delivery.
The refund process
Refunds will be made within 28 working daysof the goods being returned to us.
